The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is requesting information regarding the availability and feasibility of attracting service providers that can supply and/or develop a mobile application to support various initiatives to measure broadband network performance as part of the Measuring Broadband America (MBA) Program.  Information gathered from this RFI may help the government determine whether a contract is necessary, and it may be used to assist the FCC in the creation and issuance of a request for quotation (RFQ) and/or request for proposal (RFP).
