This project consists of the design and construction of an office space located in a leased office structure based on a completed bridging design. The project includes approximately 2,582 USM of space, including but not limited to Controlled Access Area (CAA), CAA, Parking Garage, Security, and USCG entry on ground level with Main Access Control (MAC). The project also includes work outside the U.S. Government (USG) lease limits for certain improvements, including but not limited to bollards, anti-climb infrastructure, and connections to local utilities. The landlord requires certain work to be executed by their own contractors. The Contractor will be required to work with the landlord to ensure that these works
are executed to the landlord’s standards.
