SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a SOURCE SOUGHT announcement to seek potential Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources who would be interested in carpet and tile removal and installation at Southwest Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This notice is to identify IEE that fall into the following available set aside categories. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238330 size standard $16.50.

No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Source Sought announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your business size, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address), general contracting license number and construction bonding capabilities (per single and aggregate) to [email protected].

The contract scope of work consists of the following, Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute has identified remodeling needs in residential halls (Golden Eagle Lodge and Four Winds Lodge). This service will require carpet removal/ceramic tile removal and install commercial grade vinyl luxury tile and cove base in buildings #113 and #114. A more detailed statement of work will be provided with the full solicitation package to all eligible contractors.

Interest parties are requested to provide their UEI number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM).
