Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our educational content. Please note our refund policy for online courses:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• Refunds will not be granted for courses that have been substantially completed or fully accessed/downloaded.
• No refunds are available for bundled course packages, subscriptions, or promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Course Access & Delivery

• All of our courses and training programs are delivered digitally via our online learning platform.
• Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email with login credentials and access instructions within a few minutes (up to 1 hour in rare cases).

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns are not applicable. Once access has been granted to the course material, we cannot accept returns. However, if you encounter technical issues or believe you were charged in error, please reach out to us for support.

Cancellation Policy

• Single course purchases cannot be canceled once access has been provided.
  
• Subscriptions or recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. After cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of your paid period.
