This is a Sources Sought Notice for Architect-Engineering services to be performed at the Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208. The magnitude of construction for the above-referenced project is between $ 500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The project includes design and construction period services for replacing the air cooled chillers currently used to serve critical AHUs at the Albany VAMC including OR, PACU, ICU, and Cath Lab.
