How OT Consortia Operate
An OT Consortium brings together government and a diverse network of entities—vendors, non-profits, academia—aligned to tackle domain-specific technology challenges. The government appoints a Consortium Manager to handle processes such as memberships, applications, communications, and project facilitation.
Members gain access to project opportunities, networking, and tools to help propose innovative solutions. Responsibility, evaluation, and project management are shared between government, managers, and consortium members. Memberships can include terms, fees, and unique project conditions.
