What began as a mission to address the decline of small businesses in federal contracting quickly transformed into a new model for empowering the Department of Defense and other federal agencies to execute their most critical research, development, and prototyping initiatives.

Our Story

The challenges faced by small businesses, industry, and academia drove GovCon Giants to think boldly and create innovative pathways for collaboration. While these sectors have long wanted to contribute to national security and innovation, they needed a more efficient way to do so.
