This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government’s intent is to award a Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to each and all qualifying Offerors whose proposal is technically evaluated as “acceptable”, with an estimated award of 07 June 2021. The contract will have a five (5) year ordering period. The resulting contract will have Cost Reimbursable and Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price CLINS; therefore, successful awardee will be required to have an adequate accounting system upon contract award.

The Government will not accept or respond to telephone calls or requests for meetings with potential Offerors about this requirement. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Awarded $126.9M Contract Modification

FPM Remediations Inc Awarded A Ceiling $60M IDIQ Contract

FPM Remediations Inc., Oneida, New York, has been awarded a ceiling $60,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base realignment and closure (BRAC) environmental construction optimization services to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate (CIB). These performance-based remediation efforts support the AFCEC BRAC mission and enhance BRAC program capabilities within AFCEC/CIB. The requirements support a variety of environmental restoration services and construction necessary to maintain regulatory selected remedies, implement optimization to enhance remedial progress and advance sites to completion in a cost-effective manner.

Raytheon Technologies Corp. and Pratt and Whitney Military Engines, East Hartford, Connecticut, is awarded a $579,837,316 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which includes $146,269,941 firm-fixed-price undefinitized line items and $433,567,375 firm-fixed-price, fixed-price-incentive-firm-target, cost-plus-fixed-fee definitized line items. RQ Construction Awarded $71,514,000 MACC For The Repair Of Michelson Laboratory

RQ Construction LLC, Carlsbad, California, is awarded a $71,514,000 firm-fixed-price task order under a multiple award construction contract for the repair of the Michelson Laboratory, Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. The work to be performed provides for the design and construction of Michelson Laboratory Wings 2-5, Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. The facility will include activities that comprise the Michelson Lab for weapons testing and development. This project will repair damage caused by the July 2019 earthquakes and provide seismic upgrades. The repair brings the building into compliance for health, life and safety codes and increases the reliability for power and environmental systems throughout the building.

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and transportation to perform all work described in the request for proposal. The options, if exercised, provide repairs for Wing 5, extended contractor warranty, electronic security system requirements and physical security equipment for all Wings 2-5. The planned modifications, if issued, provide for furniture, fixtures and equipment. The task order also contains 17 unexercised options and two planned modifications, which if exercised would increase the cumulative task order value to $81,315,729. The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is seeking to lease at minimum 8,934 ANSI/BOMA (12,061 RSF) and maximum of 9,000 ANSI/BOMA (12,150 RSF) of clinic space for use as a Medical Specialty Clinic in Knoxville, TN.  ANSI/BOMA stands for American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association. The space is to be located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction with adequate parking spaces; be in “ready to occupy” condition and be in compliance with all of the Government’s minimum requirements established in VHA Directive 1163, VA design standards, and the VA Mental Health Design Guide.
