The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information from all qualified vendors to determine whether capability and interest exists for Real Estate Brokerage Services for the OCC Retail Space requirement.

This Sources Sought is intended to inform the OCC on the current status of industry sources that can provide real estate brokerage services for OCC retail space. Your responses to the draft statement of work will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.

SOURCES SOUGHT: Lease/Rental of Service Buildings For Business Office/Call Center

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Omaha, NE, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

This advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 20-REG04 by way of reference as an RLP attachment. U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP).

Delineated Area:

  • North: Westpoint Dr to US Highway 43  north to Bumblebee rd, then south on Highway 43 to Industrial Bypass
  • South: US Highway 177
  • East: Westpoint Dr to US Highway 177 (Industrial Bypass)
  • West: US Highway 43 at Westpoint Drive
