Lockheed Martin Corp. awarded $128.3M contract to exercise options for full rate production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) AN/SLQ-32(V) 6

Lockheed Martin Corp., Rotary Mission Systems, Liverpool, New York, is awarded a $128,391,564 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-5503 to exercise options for full-rate production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) AN/SLQ-32(V) 6. Work will be performed in Liverpool, New York (78%); and Lansdale, Pennsylvania (22%), and is expected to be completed by December 2022. Fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $54,625,948 (43%); fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) in the amount of $46,103,510 (36%); and fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) in the amount of $27,662,106 (21%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice.  The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334111 “Electronic Computer Manufacturing” for technology insertion.  The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.  This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach.
