Atlantic Diving Supply Inc.,* doing business as ADS, Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $100,000,000 firm‐fixed‐price, indefinite‐delivery/indefinite‐quantity contract for patient monitoring systems, accessories, and training. This was a competitive acquisition with 54 responses received. This is a five-year contract with one five‐year option period. The location of performance is Virginia, with Feb. 28, 2026, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. The type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2026 defense working capital funds. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for a series of anticipated contracts/task order awards. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information for planning purposes, regarding (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform all or some of the work described below; and the size classification of the available and capable sources relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition.
